Self-directed professional carpenter needed for NBR Nordisk Byggresurs i Göteborg AB is seeking experienced and self-directed carpenters for various construction projects in the Greater Gothenburg area. We are looking for you if you: have professional certification and several years of experience, speak and write Swedish fluently, can read and understand blueprints and construction documents, can plan and perform work independently, work well both independently and in a team, have a B-class driving license and your own car. You should have broad professional knowledge and be accustomed to taking responsibility for work being completed correctly, efficiently, and with good quality. We are looking for someone who can translate a construction plan into a finished result – not just perform a single repetitive work task. The work is based in Greater Gothenburg. At NBR you will have freedom with responsibility, short decision-making paths, and the opportunity to have an impact. We encourage personal initiative and value skilled professionals who think independently. At the same time, we are always available when support or quick decisions are needed. The employment is covered by a collective agreement and salary is determined based on documented competence, responsibility, and performance. You are responsible for your own car, tool belt, long-sleeved shirt, and the standard personal equipment that a professional carpenter normally owns.
