Do you want to work in a close-knit team where the patient's best interests are at the center? Do you appreciate the security of having colleagues around you while also valuing independent work? Then this job might be for you! We are seeking a nurse for ASIH Lidingö, with basic or specialist nursing education.
About Us
ASIH Lidingö is a highly skilled team that provides advanced healthcare in the home. We have short decision-making processes, close collaboration between all professions, and staff who enjoy their work. Our office is centrally located in Lidingö near the city center. Free parking is available nearby, and it is easy to commute to work by public transportation or bicycle.
We care for patients in their own homes. Our patients require care services that would otherwise need to be provided in an inpatient setting. Our goal is to create conditions for the best possible quality of life, regardless of where the patient receives care. This includes providing excellent symptom management and relief through the patient's own wishes and our 24/7 availability.
The Role
As a nurse at ASIH, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized and high-quality care to patients. No two days are the same, and the variety of work and encounters with different people are very rewarding. Through our multidisciplinary team, we want to create the best possible conditions for safe and high-quality care in the home. We strive for high continuity. Everyone on the team works closely together to meet patients' needs in the best possible way.
With us, you will find great security among competent and helpful colleagues while also having significant freedom to plan your own work. Here you have the opportunity to care for one patient at a time and get natural breaks in your car.
Work tasks include advanced medical interventions such as handling SVP, CVK, and Piccline, blood draws, medication administration, transfusions, and symptom relief.
Our Offer
As an employee at Aleris, you will have access to a range of benefits that support you both at work and in your personal life. We strive to create the best possible conditions for you to thrive and develop.
