About the Position As a site manager at ByggConstruct, you will have overall responsibility for major construction projects where you lead production through the entire process—from startup and planning to completed homes. You will be part of a stable team and work closely with other personnel and partners. Your Areas of Responsibility Include • Lead and drive production with responsibility for personnel, quality, and finances • Ensure that schedules, work environment, and standards are met • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders • Create structure, work peace, and good communication in production Qualifications • Several years of experience in a leadership role in the construction industry • Strong communication skills • Experience managing large and medium-sized projects • Fluent Swedish • Driver's license (Category B) Who We Believe You Are We are looking for someone who is confident, unpretentious, and has a natural ability to build relationships.
