HI! I'm a cheerful and vibrant 27-year-old woman with multiple disabilities, and I'm now looking for a personal assistant. I'm seeking a female personal assistant, since the work involves personal care and it's important to me that I feel safe. I live in the countryside just outside Örebro, together with cats and dogs. I love dancing, music, playing, being outdoors, and baking. I need you to bring warmth, motivation, support, and encouragement, and who can also provide calmness, security, and respect. It's important to me to feel seen and understood, sometimes with a bit of fun and playfulness and sometimes with winding down and stillness. You will be employed by Vivida Assistans, which is my assistance company, but you will perform the actual work at my home. DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF? Are you a person who is: secure in yourself and reliable empathetic, humble, and respectful playful but at the same time calm and responsible solution-oriented and flexible In addition to this, the following is required: Driver's license and access to a car to get to work Able to swim Non-smoker and fragrance-free Dog and cat friendly Good Swedish in speech and writing Experience with epilepsy and seizures, familiarity with alternative communication such as sign language as support and visual supports (PECS cards), as well as experience with tube feeding, lifting, and assistive devices are highly desirable.
