Experienced Payroll Consultant for Assignment in Norrköping

About the Company Skill is now seeking an experienced payroll consultant for a client in Norrköping. You will join an existing payroll team in a larger organization where additional support is needed. The assignment is full-time and initially for six months, with the possibility of extension. The work will be performed primarily on-site in Norrköping, with the option to work remotely one day per week. Your Responsibilities In this role, you will work broadly with payroll management for both salaried employees and collectively employed staff. You will be part of the team and have a varied role where you can apply your payroll expertise while familiarizing yourself with the organization's processes. Your responsibilities include: Ongoing payroll management and payroll processing Handling of absences, vacation, and compensation Reconciliations and controls Application of various collective agreements Reporting and follow-up Contact with managers and employees The work is performed in HRPlus 8, but experience with the system is a merit and not a requirement. Your Profile We are looking for someone with several years of payroll experience who feels confident working independently. You ideally have experience with both salaried and collective payroll as well as various collective agreements. We would like you to have: Experience with independent payroll work Experience with both salaried and collective payroll Experience with various collective agreements Good system skills and ability to quickly learn new systems Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new processes and work methods As a person, you are organized, solution-oriented, and enjoy taking responsibility. You have self-drive, are curious, and work well with others. Most importantly, we believe you are someone who enjoys using your experience to find good solutions in your daily work.
