At AFRY Architects we are now looking for an experienced and committed interior architect who wants to be part of our team in Stockholm. About the Role You will be an important part of our interior architecture team and work through the entire process, from early ideas and concepts to design development, procurement and implementation. Workplace projects currently make up a large part of our business, but our project portfolio is broad and includes everything from attractive workplaces and office environments to hotels, restaurants, residential units and public spaces. You will work in close collaboration with clients, architects, interior architects, lighting designers and other specialists, both in Sweden and on international projects. We are looking for someone who is driven by understanding people's needs and translating them into thoughtfully designed, sustainable and inspiring environments. You are curious, responsible and thrive in close collaboration with both clients and colleagues from different disciplines. You have a strong interest in design and are driven to create environments with high quality, clear identity and long-term value. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Degree in interior architecture or equivalent relevant education. At least five years of professional experience as an interior architect. Documented experience with office projects and workplace development. Good knowledge of CAD programs, such as AutoCAD and Revit. Experience with design development and preparation of tender documentation. Good communication skills in Swedish and English. Ability to work independently and at the same time be a team player. Merits Experience in change management, workplace strategy or business development. Very good knowledge of Revit. Experience with visualization in for example Adobe Creative Suite or Enscape. Experience leading client dialogues and workshops.
