Our client MediCarrier is now seeking an experienced HR partner with immediate start and a minimum of 6 months ahead! MediCarrier AB is Region Stockholm's logistics and transport company. The company distributes healthcare and consumable articles and provides transport services to operations within Region Stockholm About the assignment 📍 Location: Stockholm, Lunda industrial area in Spånga with good transportation connections 💼 Assignment period: Start immediately and minimum 6 months ahead, possibility of extension and opportunity for employment after the assignment period 📆 Scope: Full-time (39.5 h/week) Mon-Fri, flexible working hours and opportunity for remote work (by agreement) 🔒 Security clearance: Background check and security interview will be conducted before assignment start In your role as HR partner, you will primarily serve as management support to a portion of MediCarrier's 25 managers. You will contribute to the company's ability to handle employer-related issues professionally and credibly together with three other HR staff members. You will report to the HR manager. The company is facing new challenges and a major development journey, including developing supply security throughout Region Stockholm. HR will help support the change journey across all employer-related areas. Both taking initiative and supporting managers in these matters. Recruiting/Staffing Wage formation and skills supply issues Some work occurs in the salary system, in collaboration with Salary Support Monitor statistics in the customer's decision support system (For example Stratsys for work environment reporting and the IA system for deviation reporting within work environment, etc.) Your qualifications Relevant academic degree, preferably in human resources or behavioral science Good knowledge of employment law and collective agreements High digital maturity and proficiency in the Office package You can easily express yourself in writing, such as policy proposals, PowerPoint materials and texts for Intranet Several years of experience as an HR partner/equivalent and management support Worked independently with work environment, recruiting/staffing, rehabilitation and termination, statistics and wage formation, as well as skills supply and development issues Experience handling collective bargaining and employment protection matters Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written As a person we would like you to be development-oriented, unpretentious and open-minded.
