About Us Steam & Shine Sweden Car Wash has been providing professional car care in Båstad and surrounding areas since 2015. We specialize in hand washing, reconditioning, paint correction, ceramic paint protection, and tire services. With a focus on quality, attention to detail, and customer service, we help both private individuals and businesses keep their vehicles in top condition. We are a Ceramic Pro Elite Dealer in Båstad and work with some of the market's leading ceramic paint protection products. In recent years, we have also had the privilege of managing car care for BMW Sverige at Aurora Scandinavian Concours, where we have worked with some of Sweden's most exclusive and unique vehicles. About the Position We are now seeking an experienced car care specialist who wants to join our team. This is a full-time position with a 6-month probationary period, with excellent opportunities for a permanent position for the right candidate. Responsibilities Hand washing and reconditioning Interior and exterior car care Machine polishing and paint correction Application of ceramic paint protection Customer service Tire services (desirable) We Are Looking for You If You Have experience in professional car care and reconditioning. Are thorough, responsible, and have an eye for detail. Can work independently and as part of a team. Have a valid driver's license (B category). Enjoy customer interaction and want to deliver high-quality service. Meritorious Experience with tire services (tire changes, balancing, and tire storage). Experience with machine polishing and paint correction. We Offer Full-time employment. 6-month probationary period with the possibility of a permanent position.
