We are now seeking experienced and service-oriented à la carte servers for assignments with our clients in preparation for the summer season. This position is a contingent employment arrangement and requires that you have another primary occupation, such as studies, your own business, or other work.
About the job: This position is perfect for you if you thrive in a restaurant environment, have strong professional pride, and are passionate about providing guests with a first-class experience. The work involves varying hours, primarily evenings and weekends.
The work takes place in professional restaurant environments where service, quality, and collaboration are central. In this role, you are responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages. You follow the guest throughout their visit, from first contact to payment, and contribute to maintaining high service standards and good pace in the restaurant. Cash handling and collaboration with the kitchen and other service staff are part of the daily work.
Who are you? We are looking for someone with at least three years of documented experience in à la carte service and who is accustomed to working at a high pace without compromising on quality. You are self-motivated and have a natural service focus. With a positive and professional approach, you create a sense of security for guests and contribute to good team morale. You are responsible, flexible, can manage your own station, and enjoy a role where service and customer contact are in focus. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and have good experience with cash register systems.
If you also have good wine knowledge and basic bartending skills, that is a plus.
