Background & Profile
We are looking for someone with relevant higher education or vocational training who has worked several years in the industry and acquired solid knowledge of ventilation, plumbing/HVAC, electrical, and/or control and regulatory systems.
You speak and write Swedish fluently, speak and understand English, and hold a valid driving license (category B).
You should be professional, business-minded, straightforward, and clear in your communication, and have a strong ability to build solid relationships with both colleagues, customers, and other people involved in a construction project. We are seeking a motivated person with high social competence who can work independently as well as in a team. To succeed as an installation coordinator/installation manager, you need to be goal-oriented and service-minded as well as unpretentious. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
As a person, you are accustomed to taking considerable responsibility and working toward set goals. You are positive and unpretentious, a team player who understands what is required of you and how to coach your team to achieve the set goals in the best way. You enjoy the role of leading and motivating others in your environment.

You enjoy varied work and can switch between solving "here and now" problems and working more preventatively and strategically. You are experienced in handling many different tasks in parallel, but you never compromise on matters relating to safety and quality.
Work Tasks & Responsibilities
As an installation coordinator/installation manager, you are responsible for:
- Installation coordination during the planning phase
- Installation management during production
- Coordinated testing
- Development of program and system documentation
- Budget control and installation cost estimates
- Quotes and procurement of installers and bids
- Schedule planning and follow-up
- Review and inspections
The role includes supporting the planning and production phases with ongoing installation technical questions and prior to project handover.
