JOB DUTIES We are now expanding our Home Care services with an additional unit! After the turn of the year, the new operation is planned to open its doors. As a unit coordinator, you will have an important role in the preparations for start-up where you will have the opportunity to be involved and contribute to development. We are looking for someone who wants exciting and rewarding work. In the role of unit coordinator, you have the task of supporting the unit managers within home care with tasks related to personnel, work environment and finance. As a unit coordinator, you are a key part of the work with planning care staff performance, staffing, absence management and scheduling. You will be the hub and work extensively with coordination and cooperation in daily contact with users, employees, managers, relatives and other professionals within our operations. The assignment includes being involved in implementing decisions according to the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Care Act. You will also participate in the operation's development and quality work. Examples of common work tasks are: - Invoice handling - Personnel planning - User contacts - Introductory training You will work according to a fixed schedule with working hours Monday to Friday. QUALIFICATIONS To work as a unit coordinator with us, you need to have work experience from home care and have relevant education. As a person, you need to be responsible, responsive and have a positive attitude. You are enterprising and used to working independently. Experience with staffing issues, scheduling and other personnel administration work is an asset. To succeed in the role, you need to be a good organizer, have good computer skills and good knowledge of the Office package. You are flexible, solution-focused and have good ability to meet other people. To thrive in the role, we believe you like to have control of the situation, enjoy having many contact points and like having many different tasks at the same time. For the unit coordinator, the computer and our systems are our main work tools. Therefore, it is good if you have experience of working in the systems Life Care, Medvind, HR portal and Phoniro. Driver's license B for manually operated vehicle and access to your own car is a requirement for the position as you need to travel within Skövde kommun as part of your assignment. Upon employment, you must be able to show an extract from the police's criminal record (Form 442.9). This can be applied for on the police's website. At the interview, you need to bring a valid Swedish passport or work permit for work in Sweden. Type of employment: Permanent employment.
