Akademi NÄRA is seeking a Unit Manager and Director for our subsidiary Lejongårdar HVB – with a passion for health and quality of life Do you want a leadership position where health, exercise, and nature-based environments are a natural part of your workday? We are looking for a director who not only has a firm grasp of laws and regulations, but who also is passionate about an active and exercise-focused lifestyle. Here you will lead an operation that actively uses strength training, running, walks, and nutritious cooking as tools for change. Location: Skogaby (near Halmstad / Laholm / Båstad / Ängelholm) Your Role: Professional Leadership in Motion As director, you have overall responsibility for operating a high-quality and legally sound HVB home. You report directly to the CEO and are part of an organization where you have access to professional support from central HR and finance functions, allowing you to focus on operational leadership and business development. You are confident in your professional role and navigate comfortably between regulations and personnel conversations, while also being a driver of our health-focused profile. Your responsibilities include: Law & Compliance: Overall responsibility for ensuring the operation complies with SoL and HSL regulations and current agreements. You manage government contacts and ensure the highest quality in documentation and care plans. Health-Promoting Leadership: You lead and inspire a team where we together create a daily environment that reflects well-being. As director, you ensure that strength training, running sessions, and nature-based movement are accessible and natural components of treatment. You motivate your staff to support residents in their health journey and create conditions for an active workplace culture. Food Joy: Our clients prepare much of the food themselves as part of their activities. You have an interest in encouraging and promoting this, as you see that nutritious cooking from scratch is central to both community and energy in the operation.
