Do you want to lead in a socially important operation that makes a difference – every day? We are now seeking engaged and present unit managers for our reception and return operations as well as for our case processing operations in Malmö. Your Workplace You will have a meaningful and socially important management assignment in an organization characterized by development, change, and great responsibility. You will lead a work group with high competence and strong commitment in a workplace where participation, collaboration, and development are central. We place great emphasis on our managers having the personal qualities required to successfully lead an operation in change. You are present in your leadership and create participation and conditions for your employees to grow and take responsibility in a climate that inspires joy at work, initiative, and efficiency. You have strong analytical ability and the ability to see the whole picture, which enables you to make well-founded decisions even during times of change. You are confident in yourself and demonstrate good judgment, while also fostering commitment and building good collaborations. You are experienced in cooperating with other actors and meeting with media. Your leadership is characterized by clear direction, empathy in meetings with others, and courage in decision-making.
