About Us Humaniora Care and Services is one of Solna Municipality's largest departments with operations in elder care, home services, functional support, preventive activities, and health and medical care. The department works to create security, participation, and good quality of life for Solna residents through high-quality operations and a strong focus on development. Part of our operations is Skoga Seniorcentrum, a care and residential facility with 100 apartments and approximately 90 employees. In this role, you are responsible for inspiring, supporting, and developing your employees so they can work goal-oriented and with high quality. You promote a work environment characterized by collaboration, engagement, and participation. An important part of the assignment is also to build and maintain good relationships with residents and relatives to ensure that operations focus on individual needs. You become part of Skoga's management team where, together with the operations manager and colleague unit managers, you contribute to the strategic development of the operations. In matters concerning staffing, you receive close support from the operations assistant, which gives you good conditions to focus on leadership, quality, and operations development. As a present unit manager at Skoga, you are responsible for planning, developing, and following up the quality of operations together with the operations manager. You are expected to drive change initiatives aimed at promoting quality in care and services and competence development among staff. Through close collaboration with your management colleagues, you together drive development and improvements with care staff, nurses, and paramedics. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for you who have education as a social worker, health pedagogue, elder pedagogue, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, behavioral scientist, registered nurse, or other equivalent education. previous experience as a manager at a care and residential facility good administrative skills with strong knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. We consider it a merit if you have a leadership education have worked in complex organizations within care and services have good knowledge of work environment have good knowledge of staffing economics. We are looking for you who are a good communicator and who can plan and organize your own work and that of your employees. You lead and develop operations based on established goals and are also involved in operational work. You are a present leader and highly involved in your employees' daily work. You are responsive and inspire trust, are good at building relationships, and can adapt your approach to different people.
