Are you ready to take the next step as a unit manager where you contribute to developing the municipality's elderly care? Support, Care and Social Services Administration is now seeking an engaged, confident, and communicative leader for our special housing operations. One of our current unit managers is moving on to another role, which is why we're looking for a replacement. Within Kristinehamn Municipality, there are eight special housing facilities located both within and outside Kristinehamn town center. You will be part of a team of nine unit managers who together lead and develop elderly care services, always with the individual at the center. We are an engaged, curious, and competent team that supports one another in our daily work, and through participation and close collaboration, we succeed together. Support, Care and Social Services Administration is an organization with strong faith in the future, significant commitment, and a focus on development. Here, approximately 750 employees work in elderly care, home services, support for people with disabilities, healthcare, and social assistance processing. Together, we create conditions for people to live a secure and independent life. Kristinehamn is a city that combines the best of two worlds - the calm and community of a small town with excellent opportunities for work and development. Here, commuting time decreases, the pace becomes more balanced, and daily life becomes easier to manage. With Vänern just around the corner awaits a beautiful and accessible archipelago environment, and we have a rich cultural and recreational life for both children and adults that makes it easy to live an active life. In this position, we offer flexible hours and the opportunity to work remotely to contribute to a better balance between work and leisure. Other benefits include a wellness allowance and access to our engaged staff club that creates community and energy year-round. Options for vacation exchange and benefit cycles are other examples of benefits we offer. 1 position(s). You drive quality and improvement work and collaborate closely with employees, healthcare personnel, social assistance handlers, relatives, and other partners to create the best possible care for residents.
