Lyckbacken is a specialized residential facility in Njutånger with 22 apartments divided between the departments Marielund and Davidslund. Our shared vision is "The small house with the big heart". At Lyckbacken, we place great value on good care, security and participation. We actively work with resident and staff engagement, where both residents and employees have the opportunity to influence daily operations. Approximately 25 experienced and dedicated employees work here, including care staff, staffing coordinators and an administrator. A nurse from the municipal primary care is also on site. As unit manager, you will work closely with the unit manager for Edsbacka in Enånger while receiving support and guidance from your area manager. Duties As unit manager, you have overall responsibility for operations, personnel and finances. You work both strategically and operatively while ensuring that work environment and quality work are conducted systematically and sustainably. Through present and clear leadership, you create good conditions for employees and promote collaboration and engagement. The role also includes contact with residents and family members as well as collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You participate in a management group with other unit managers. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in elderly care and who wants to contribute to the continued development of the operation. You are secure and stable, create clarity even in challenging situations and adapt your leadership to the needs of the operation. You take initiative, drive work forward and find solutions to problems that arise. With a service-oriented approach, you create good relationships and engagement. You have a university degree in an area relevant to the role. We would like to see that you have experience working in healthcare and care as well as experience as a manager or leader. If you also have management training, that is a merit. The position requires good computer skills and very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
