The Social Care Administration in Borås City is responsible for the municipality's disability services, social psychiatry, and health and medical care services for these target groups. With approximately 1000 employees and 45 managers, we work continuously to improve the quality of our services for those we serve.

We are now seeking an engaged and development-oriented unit manager who wants to help develop our Daily Activities operations.

Job Duties
As a unit manager, you have overall responsibility for operations, personnel, economics, and work environment. You lead the operations toward set goals and ensure that the operation is conducted with high quality, good service, and a strong focus on the individual's needs and opportunities.
The assignment involves working with employees, colleagues, and collaboration partners to drive development forward to create modern and efficient work methods that strengthen participants' path toward increased independence.
Your Main Areas of Responsibility
Lead, support, and develop employees and work groups.
Manage budget, financial monitoring, and resource planning.
Ensure a good and sustainable work environment.
Drive operational development and quality work.
Monitor goals, results, and key metrics.
Develop cooperation with internal and external partners, such as employers, authorities, and other collaboration partners.
Be a role model in change and development work.
Qualifications
You are a confident, clear, and engaging leader who enjoys creating results together with others. You have a genuine interest in people and are driven by developing operations that contribute to increased inclusion and participation in society.

B-category driver's license is a requirement.
It is meritorious if you have experience from LSS operations, occupational activities, or other related operations.
