1 position(s). Here you get a key role in developing the future of close-to-home care. Through collaboration, trustful leadership, and focus on quality, you will create together with employees and partners the best possible conditions for those we serve. Your responsibilities You lead a unit that is in the midst of a transformation of what we call Close-to-Home Care. Your mission is to continue developing the operations and creating conditions for safe, person-centered and coherent care with high quality and patient safety. In this role, you drive development and change initiatives, follow up on operational results, ensure quality and patient safety, and take advantage of opportunities in digitalization and welfare. You work actively to strengthen collaboration, both within the unit and with other stakeholders to provide the best possible care. The unit consists mainly of registered nurses and a smaller number of nursing assistants and care assistants. You are supported by two department managers who lead the day-to-day operations, and you have personnel responsibility for them and night staff. You are part of the management group for the Health and Medical Care operational area, where you contribute with engagement, perspective, and shared responsibility for the entire operational area's development. You report directly to the Manager of Health and Medical Care. Operations are conducted in accordance with the Freedom of Choice in Care Act (LOV), where residents' ability to choose service providers creates an interesting complexity to the assignment. Your qualifications To succeed in this role, you need to be a leader who builds trust and good relationships. You see collaboration as a natural success factor and have a talent for creating participation and alignment around common goals. At the same time, you are clear, action-oriented, and experienced in following up results, quality, and work environment in a structured way. We believe you are driven by developing both employees and operations, and that you are motivated by the opportunity to make a difference in a service that is of great importance to many people's daily lives. You are a licensed registered nurse with at least two years of leadership experience within health and medical care. It is an advantage if you also have experience managing other managers. As a manager, you are confident and have the ability to create direction, structure, and engagement even when operations change. You thrive in a role where you naturally switch between strategic matters and day-to-day operations. You see the big picture without losing understanding of what may be challenges for employees and patients. What we offer Here you get significant authority to influence the unit's development and the opportunity to shape the future of home healthcare. You will be part of an engaged and competent management team where collaboration, trust, and shared responsibility permeate the work. We believe in trust and freedom with responsibility.
