Your role as Unit Manager with us We offer you an outward-facing role where you have extensive contact with residents, family members, Home Healthcare, the Support Services Unit, and colleagues at the Administrative Management Office. You have a broad mandate where you lead and develop the unit based on our overarching goals and vision. You have responsibility for staff, finances, quality, and operational development. You are also responsible for ensuring the unit's follow-up and quality work as well as measurement and monitoring models. You actively work to promote the implementation of new digital welfare technology and digital tools so we can meet current and future needs and continue to be an attractive employer. We believe that in this role you will want to adopt a flexible approach, as the form of the assignment may change over time. You can, if needed, stretch your tasks and support colleagues. You will work in a shared leadership model, which means that together with your manager colleagues you are responsible for shared finances, staff, quality, and operational development. You are part of District South's management group where we have brought together several operations and professions to more easily implement the measures residents need through cross-professional leadership. Together with the Operations Manager and your unit manager colleagues in the district, you initiate, support, and lead the unit's processes. Your profile You are a confident manager and leader who can drive development issues and sees the importance of being a role model. You create motivation, engagement, and participation and can clarify overarching goals and expectations regarding your and the unit's mandate. You consider your colleagues' needs and act according to questions' long-term significance that benefits the entire management group. We are looking for someone who has: experience as a manager with full personnel responsibility in a relevant field. It is a merit if you have: completed relevant leadership training, such as Developmental Leadership (UL) relevant experience with shared leadership where cooperation and shared responsibility are central. relevant experience leading a team within a personnel-intensive 24/7 operation, preferably experience from home care and/or care and housing facilities.
