About Us Alvita Care Home Care Services is a local company operating in home care, personal assistance, night patrols, and household services. About the Role As Unit Manager with us, you have overall responsibility for leading, planning, and developing our home care operations in Västerås. The role includes: Working closely with planning leaders Responsibility for quality assurance, budget, results, and personnel. Building and maintaining good relationships with customers, relatives, and employees. Collaboration with municipalities and other partners. Ensuring that we operate according to applicable laws, agreements, and quality procedures. You will work closely with coordinators to ensure that our employees have the best conditions to deliver care with quality. We are Looking for You: Have relevant education of at least 180 higher education credits (or equivalent). Have at least 2 years of experience in management within care and support, or benefits administration with management responsibility. Are well-versed in laws and regulations within the care and support sector. Experience as a manager within home care and quality work is a merit. Have a driver's license (B) and are accustomed to working with the Office suite. Your Profile You are a confident leader driven by developing both the business and your employees. You are results-oriented, organized, and have the strategic ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
