It is a merit if you have experience with development and change management. As a leader, you are confident, clear, and communicative. You create structure and predictability while having the ability to act flexibly when operations require it. You make use of your employees' competence, create participation, and build trusting relationships. You have the ability to create good relationships both internally and externally and are driven by the desire to develop operations together with others. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have good knowledge of digital work tools. A class B driver's license is a requirement. In the recruitment process, we place great emphasis on personal suitability. What We Offer You We offer you an exciting and meaningful management assignment where you get the opportunity to lead and develop the Social Emergency Services together with engaged and competent employees. You will become part of a management group within Individual and Family Care where collaboration, support, and shared responsibility are in focus. In your assignment, you also have access to the administration's support functions such as staffing controllers, HR consultants, and finance specialists. You are also offered individual salary determination, the possibility of supervision, and the municipality's other benefits which you can read more about here.
