Job Description
Would you like a key role where your leadership makes a real difference for people every day? Are you a confident, present, and engaged leader who thrives in the center of action? Then you might be the person we're looking for at Hjälpmedelscentralen Medelpunkten!
As Unit Manager for Production & Warehouse, you have overall responsibility for daily operations of a team consisting of approximately 20 employees distributed across the departments Returns/Laundry, Reconditioning, and Warehouse.
In this role, you are responsible for leading, delegating, and following up on daily work within and between departments to ensure efficient and quality-assured workflows. Through present leadership, you engage, support, and develop your employees while enjoying initiating and driving improvement and development work together with the rest of the management team. In your daily work, you collaborate closely with the Service Unit Manager to ensure operations across all departments.
You report to the Federation Manager and are part of the management group. You receive support from federation management on finance and HR matters. The role does not include budget or profit responsibility, allowing you to direct your full energy toward operational leadership.
We are looking for a confident and visible leader. You prefer to be out in the operation where you build trust, create workplace joy, and clarity around goals and expectations. Since we are in a growth phase and will be moving operations to significantly larger premises at the turn of the year 2027/2028, we appreciate if you enjoy innovation and are driven by creating order and structure.
