Job Description
Do you want to work hands-on in a production environment where order, responsibility, and quality matter? Our customers currently need machine operators and forklift drivers, and we're therefore looking for you to work on varying assignments within the industrial sector.
In this role, you could for example monitor and operate machinery, load materials, pick and handle goods with a forklift, conduct basic quality checks, and contribute to an efficient and safe production flow.
As a consultant at NearYou, you are employed by us and work on-site at one of our customers in Skövde and the surrounding area. Working hours may vary between day shifts and shift work depending on the assignment.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with previous experience working in industry, production, warehouse, or similar. It's an advantage if you've worked as a machine operator and are used to following instructions, working systematically, and ensuring good quality in your daily work. Forklift license A+B is a requirement for several of our current assignments, and experience operating a forklift is highly desirable.
As a person, you are thorough, responsible, and enjoy hands-on work where you are an important part of production. You collaborate easily, are flexible, and have a good sense of safety, pace, and quality.
To be a suitable candidate, you need to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, as the job requires you to understand instructions and follow procedures. A driver's license and access to a car are required depending on the assignment location and working hours.
