We are now seeking two engaged and present childcare providers who want to make a difference in children's daily lives and contribute to a positive, safe, and developmental learning environment. We are looking for childcare providers for our two preschools, Säby and Smedby. Säby preschool consists of four groups and is located next to Åkers Canal, with beautiful surroundings that are often used for discovery activities, play, and learning. Smedby preschool consists of five groups. We work to create accessible learning environments and follow each child's development over time through clear yearly progression from ages 1 to 5. We are looking for someone who values collaboration, takes responsibility for their role, and builds positive relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. In your role as a childcare provider, you contribute to safety, job satisfaction, and high-quality operations. We use digital tools such as Tempus and Unikum. Unikum is the platform where documentation, communication, and information are centralized, and guardians have the opportunity to follow their child's education, learning, interactions, and development. Unikum is also our digital tool for systematic quality work. Your New Role Together with colleagues, you work to create a safe, inclusive, stimulating, fun, and educational operation where each child has the opportunity to develop according to their abilities. You collaborate with guardians regarding children's well-being, development, and learning. You actively participate in planning, implementing, and developing teaching and contribute to systematic quality work. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is trained as a childcare provider or has equivalent education. We would like to see that you have previous experience working in a preschool. You also have basic IT skills and feel comfortable using digital tools for documentation, communication, and administration. A certificate from the criminal record register will be requested.
