About the Position
Would you like to help create a safe and meaningful daily life for others? As a nursing assistant, you play an important role in providing support and care based on each client's needs and wishes. Through your competence and commitment, you help our clients live as independently and fulfilling a life as possible.
Work in home care is varied and involves both independent work and close collaboration with colleagues. You need to be able to take responsibility, make independent decisions, and adapt your work approach to the client's needs and changing circumstances.
The role includes care work, services, delegated health and medical services, documentation, and follow-up. As a primary contact for care, you play an important role in creating security and continuity for your clients. You work closely with colleagues, nurses, rehabilitation staff, and other professionals.

You have a diploma from a nursing care program and passing grades in Swedish 1 (A) or Swedish as a second language and social studies 1 (A), or equivalent older education. You are experienced in documentation and have a good ability to express yourself orally and in writing. A B driver's license is a requirement.
Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
