About the Company Bröllopsbruket sells modern second-hand and new bridal gowns in beautifully appointed showrooms in Västerås, Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö, Karlstad, Linköping, and Umeå. A bridal gown should be tried on in an environment with good lighting, knowledgeable staff, and perhaps accompanied by a glass of bubbly and with space for accompanying guests if desired. Bröllopsbruket is Sweden's largest meeting place for future brides and second-hand bridal gowns mixed with new ones. Our Stockholm Bromma store has been operating since 2019, and we are now seeking our next team member! Your Responsibilities As a tailor at Bröllopsbruket, you help our customers with alterations so that their bridal gown fits perfectly on their big day. You meet the customer during fittings and maintain dialogue throughout the process. You also work on various repairs for second-hand bridal gowns that are dropped off. Additionally, you often provide cost estimates for alterations and repairs to our customers. Beyond that, your role will also include welcoming and assisting our future brides during their fittings. You are responsible for keeping the store in excellent condition before each customer visit and answering any questions via phone and email. This position is a part-time role with varying hours, approximately 80-100% employment, which includes evening and weekend work. Your Profile We are looking for someone with great energy, warmth, and the ability to make people feel welcome and relaxed. You are fashion-interested, and it is a requirement that you have previous experience as a tailor and feel confident taking on the task of altering bridal gowns. Beyond that, you are passionate about maintaining a high level of service and go the extra mile for each customer. Some days you will work alone in the store, so it is essential that you are self-reliant and take great responsibility for your own work. Since the position involves extensive communication, it is a requirement that you speak and write fluent Swedish.
