Engaged Assistant Needed for Energetic Girl in Farstorp, approximately 65% plus Hourly Relief

Hi! I'm an energetic, social 12-year-old girl living with my parents and younger brother on a farm in Farstorp. I'm now looking for a regular assistant and an hourly relief worker for my team—could that be you? During the day I go to school, and otherwise I'm happiest at home. I love playing with toys and I'm very creative. I also really enjoy being outdoors and riding a cargo bike. Since I have limited communication and sometimes find it difficult to show what I want, you need to be attentive, patient, and curious to understand me and my expressions. I have a neurological seizure disorder and epilepsy, and I experience different types of seizures. That's why I need you nearby all the time, ready to support me if I need it. It's an advantage if you're physically strong since I sometimes need help with transfers. You also need to be smoke-free and speak fluent Swedish so we can understand each other. It's important to me that you have a genuine commitment to working with people, that you're confident in yourself, and that you see this role as long-term. Experience is meriting but not a requirement. What matters most to me is that we get along! Since we live in the countryside, you need to have a driver's license and access to a car. I also have a dog and cat, so you shouldn't be allergic to pets. The Position: 60-70% evenings and weekends primarily. Hourly relief worker as needed—evenings, weekends, and daytime during school breaks. Start date by agreement. For this position you are required to provide an excerpt from the criminal record register for work with children within LSS. You must also be able to provide two references from previous employment.
