Hello! I'm a charming and lively 4-year-old girl living with my family in Övra Röshult, just outside Lidhult. I'm now looking for several dedicated assistants who want to become an important part of my daily life. I communicate in ways other than speech, so I need someone who is curious, attentive, and responsive to my signals. For me and my family, what matters most isn't your education or previous work experience. What's most important is that we get along well together and that you see this role as a long-term commitment. About the Job As my personal assistant, you'll be by my side helping me with what I need so my daily life runs as smoothly as possible. I have epilepsy, so you need to be able to take responsibility and act calmly when the situation requires it. I also have a mobility disability and need support and assistance with various daily activities. Manual lifting may be necessary, which means you need to be in good physical condition and have the physical capabilities to help me safely and securely. Of course, you'll receive the introduction and knowledge you need to feel confident in your work. Right now I'm looking for three assistants: two positions at approximately 75-80%, with some flexibility in hours one hourly substitute For the right person, there's also potential for a supervisory role down the line. Please mention in your application which position you're applying for. Work hours are primarily scheduled for evenings and weekends, with both short and long shifts. During holidays and other days off, there's also the possibility to work daytime hours. Personal assistance is new for me and my family. As someone starting with us, you'll be part of it from the beginning and together with us help create a safe and well-functioning assistance arrangement based on my needs. During the startup period, it would be valuable if you could be extra flexible as we get to know each other and find the routines and working methods that work best for all of us. We live in the countryside, so a driver's license and access to your own car are a requirement to get to and from work. Who Am I Looking For? Out of respect for my personal privacy, I'm looking for female assistants. You also need to be a non-smoker. I believe the person right for me is someone who is: warm, reliable, and responsible patient and present flexible and able to adapt easily to different situations playful and curious, with a youthful spirit in good physical condition Since communication is an important part of the job, you need to speak and write Swedish fluently.
