o Participation in external and internal company projects, publication activities o Active involvement in company projects within internal initiatives, preparation of methodologies, training materials, training sessions, presentations, etc. o Active development of new opportunities with existing and potential clients o Preparation of proposals covering client needs, management of sales opportunity reports, CRM documentation o Assembly of teams for project implementation o Contractual arrangement of deliveries, regular invoicing and ensuring client payment of invoices o Continuous management of client expectations and delivery of outputs that meet or exceed expectations o Successful project delivery including identification of project risks and potential, and proposing solutions
