About the Position
As an energy specialist, you'll be one of the first employees in the client's regional initiative. Together with the responsible manager, you'll have the opportunity to influence how the business, work methods, and offerings will develop.
The role gives you clear ownership and the ability to ensure that proposed energy measures also deliver the desired results.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct energy and ventilation investigations and energy audits
Perform energy calculations and analyses
Design or contribute energy expertise in HVAC system design
Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and specifications
Serve as technical advisor in dialogue with customers and partners
Monitor the results of completed energy measures
What We're Looking For:
Relevant education in energy, HVAC, property, or installation technology, or equivalent work experience
Experience with energy investigations, energy audits, and/or HVAC design
Understanding of building technical systems and energy performance
It's not necessary, but advantageous if you have:
Certification as an energy expert
Experience in both energy investigations and design
Experience in a consulting role and customer-facing work

About the Client Company
The client is a growing tech consulting firm working with energy efficiency, technical investigations, and design within the property sector. The company has been operating for about 15 years and is now present in several locations across Sweden. Here you'll find a stable employer with the opportunity to follow projects from initial analysis to final solution.
About the Position
This is a consulting assignment, which means you'll initially be employed by Friday and work as a consultant for the client company. The ambition from all parties is that after an agreed consulting period, you'll be hired directly by the client.
