About the Position
As an energy specialist, you'll be one of the first employees in the client's regional initiative. Together with the responsible manager, you'll have the opportunity to influence how operations, work methods, and offerings will develop.
The role gives you clear ownership and the opportunity to ensure that proposed energy measures deliver the desired results.
Responsibilities:
Conduct energy, ventilation audits, and energy mapping
Perform energy calculations and analyses
Design or contribute energy expertise to HVAC system design
Develop technical documentation, specifications, and descriptions
Serve as technical advisor in dialogue with customers and partners
Follow up on completed energy measures
We're Looking for Someone Who:
Has relevant education in energy, HVAC, real estate, or installation technology, or equivalent work experience
Has experience with energy audits, energy mapping, and/or HVAC design
Understanding of building technical systems and energy performance
It's not necessary, but a plus if you have:
Certification as an energy expert
Experience in both energy audits and design
Experience in the consulting role and customer-facing work

About the Client Company
The client is a growing engineering consulting firm working with energy efficiency, technical audits, and design within real estate. The company has existed for about 15 years and is now located in several places across Sweden. Here you'll find a stable employer with the opportunity to follow projects from initial analysis to finished solution.
About the Employment
This is a consulting assignment, which means you'll initially be employed by Friday and work as a consultant at the client company. The intention from all parties is that after an agreed consulting period, you'll become a direct employee of the client.
