About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for a Windows-based platform used in the company's products. The work involves close collaboration with developers, hardware engineers, product managers, and in some cases also customers.
The focus is on integration, configuration, and technical problem-solving rather than pure new development.
Examples of work tasks:
Integration of software with the company's devices and product platforms
Work with Windows-based embedded solutions
Adaptation and configuration of systems and platforms
Troubleshooting and technical verification
Collaboration with development, testing, and hardware teams
Technical dialogue with internal and external stakeholders
Ownership of the platform's continued development and maintenance
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with experience in embedded development, systems integration, or other hardware-related software development.
You don't need to be an expert in every area from the start. The most important thing is that you have a strong technical foundation, a genuine interest in technology, and a willingness to take responsibility for your own area.
We believe you have experience with one or more of the following:
Embedded Linux or Windows Embedded
Hardware-related development
Systems integration
Industrial systems
Electronics or communication between devices
C, C#, or similar programming languages
Agile development methodologies
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
If you have worked in, for example, the automotive industry, automation, defense, telecom, or other technically advanced product companies, we view that as highly valuable.

Working hours are office hours Monday through Friday. You will be directly employed by our client and based at the office in Uppsala.
