We are now looking for an electrical technician or electrical engineer for the Electrical Maintenance group at Ringhals. The role suits you if you want most of your work to be practical maintenance combined with planning, documentation, and technical development. The group is responsible for maintenance of electrical components, from high-voltage equipment to computer-based system components, and performs both planned and corrective maintenance. About the Job We offer technology-focused work within Ringhals block-related electrical maintenance with a focus on the switchgear technical area, for example, switchgear at low and medium voltage levels. The work takes place in close collaboration with supervisors and maintenance engineers. In Electrical Maintenance, we strive for knowledge sharing, competence development, and good collaboration between colleagues. Most of your work will be within your technical area, but you will also work in other technical areas and groups. The role offers varied work with a large element of practical work while you also get the opportunity to participate in technical projects within the electrical field. Your Responsibilities Inspection and condition monitoring of switchgear equipment Testing, troubleshooting, and corrective action Planning, follow-up, and documentation Participation in maintenance projects Technical and methodology development Contribute technical expertise within the switchgear field Requirements We believe you have upper secondary education or other relevant technical education in the electrical field. You may also have acquired equivalent competence through work experience. It is an advantage if you have: experience working with switchgear or other electrical power equipment experience from process industry or other process-related operations higher education engineering degree in a relevant field SAP knowledge English language skills We see that you are a person who enjoys variation in your daily work since the needs of the operation, and therefore also your tasks, may change. You like to take responsibility and have the ability to plan and structure your work. Collaboration and contact with colleagues, both within and outside your own group, is an important part of the role, and we therefore value your ability to work together with others, share knowledge, and contribute to common goals. You also need to have good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing.
