The company is in an exciting development phase and is now looking for an electrical power technician who wants to drive ongoing service and maintenance assignments. The company collaborates with some of Sweden's largest grid operators and industrial customers and offers a varied daily routine with both technical challenges and good development opportunities. ABOUT THE ROLE As an Electrical Power Technician at our client, you will be an important part of a team that works with service, maintenance, and smaller projects within high-voltage installations. The role involves varied work at customer sites where you and your colleagues ensure the operational reliability of critical electrical infrastructure. The work primarily comprises maintenance services in switchgear, transformer stations, and other electrical power installations. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and have good opportunities to develop within different technical areas over time. Your work tasks will include, among other things: Service and maintenance of transformers, circuit breakers, and switchgear Preventive and corrective maintenance in high-voltage installations Mechanical and electrical work in connection with service assignments Participation in smaller projects such as replacement of switchgear and transformers Cable work and installation of new stations Troubleshooting and technical inspections Documentation and reporting of completed work Collaboration with project managers, service managers, and other technicians The work takes place primarily on-site at customers and travel within the region is a natural part of the position. Most assignments are carried out during regular working hours, but evening, weekend, and on-call work may occur as needed. WHO ARE YOU? We are looking for someone with a background in electrical, electrical power, or industrial work and who thrives in a practical and technical role. You appreciate varying workdays, enjoy solving problems, and have a strong safety mindset in everything you do. To succeed in the role, you are a team player who enjoys collaborating closely with your colleagues. You are responsible, thorough, and willing to speak up when necessary. At the same time, you have a willingness to learn new things and develop within the electrical power field. We also believe that the following points apply to you: Education in electrical technology or electrical power from upper secondary school or vocational education, combined with several years of experience within the electrical power field Alternatively, you have acquired equivalent competence through several years of experience in electrical power or as an industrial electrician Good technical understanding and interest in mechanical work Good understanding of work environment and safety matters Fluent in Swedish and English Swedish citizenship Category B driver's license It is meriting if you have experience working with high voltage, switchgear, or transformer stations, but we also welcome you with the right educational background and willingness to develop within the field.
