About the position:
The role involves electrical assembly, connection, and testing of electrical equipment for Motala Hissar's products. You will work with electrical panels, control systems, cabling, and other electrical components.
The work is performed based on electrical schematics, drawings, and technical documentation and includes function testing, troubleshooting, and quality inspections. Precision, quality, and a structured work approach are key to ensuring products meet applicable quality and safety standards.
We are looking for someone with:
Education in electrical engineering or equivalent experience
Experience with electrical assembly, electrical installation, or workshop work
Experience reading and understanding drawings, electrical schematics, and technical documentation
A precise and quality-conscious work approach
Good collaboration skills and ability to work independently
Experience with electrical panel construction, control systems, cable manufacturing, cable routing, or crimping is a plus. It is also advantageous if you have previously worked with testing, function testing, or troubleshooting of electrical systems.
To succeed in this role, it is important that you are meticulous and responsible. You enjoy working in a technical environment, have a genuine interest in electrical and technical work, and have a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
