ADR Västernorrland is now seeking an electrician / property caretaker for our operations in Västernorrland. With us, you'll have a broad and important role where you work with both electrical tasks and the daily maintenance of our properties.

What will you work with?
As an electrician / property caretaker, you'll have a varied role working with both practical electrical work, installation, troubleshooting, and ongoing property maintenance. You'll be an important part of daily operations and help maintain our properties to a high standard.
You will work with, among other things:
Perform basic electrical work, installation, installations, and repairs
Troubleshooting, inspection, and maintenance of electrical installations and technical systems
Inspections, maintenance, and ongoing upkeep of properties
Handle fault reports and service requests
Perform minor repairs and practical measures in properties
Check lighting, electrical panels, equipment, and operational functions
Participate in inspections and follow-ups
Contribute to energy efficiency and improvement measures
Contact with tenants, colleagues, and subcontractors
When needed, support colleagues outside your main area of responsibility
Who are you?

To be a strong candidate for the position, we'd like you to have:
Experience with electrical work, electrical installation, or similar technical work
Experience with property maintenance, operations, or upkeep
Good practical problem-solving skills
Class B driver's license
Good Swedish in speech and writing
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
It's a merit if you have:
Electrical training or other relevant technical education
Experience from the property industry
Knowledge of ventilation, heating, control and regulation, or basic plumbing
Experience with energy efficiency work
Lift certification, hot work certification, or other relevant certifications
About the position
The position is a combined role as electrician and property caretaker within ADR Västernorrland's operations (Sundsvall). The work is varied and involves both planned tasks and urgent service interventions.
