Your role
We're now looking for an electrician at Gruvmedia – an important function underground in Kiruna. As an electrician with us, you'll have varied work with great diversity in tasks. Gruvmedia is responsible for building, maintaining, and quickly fixing faults in the underground infrastructure. This covers everything from secondary ventilation, drilling water and drainage routes to drinking water, electrical installations up to 1000V, and fixed water treatment systems.
Your day-to-day as an electrician:
Your main tasks are electrical installation work in production areas and along routes.
You work with mine ventilation and water systems such as installation and removal of ventilation ducts, fans, water pipes and valves.
This is practical and physical work where you primarily use trucks with scissor lifts as work tools.

Upper secondary education with electrical engineering specialization is required; experience in the trade is a merit
Class B driver's license for manual transmission (required)
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written (required)
Experience working with mobile machinery is a merit
Mining experience and class C driver's license are merits
