We are recruiting a colleague for the position of electrician to join our existing team. Based on submitted CVs, the most suitable candidates will be invited for a personal interview. Please send your CV with a cover letter to: [email protected] Your responsibilities will be: - responsibility for the technical condition and operation of machinery, equipment and buildings - performing maintenance and repair work on production machinery and lines - maintenance and repairs of operating halls and buildings - periodic inspection of external facilities and elimination of any defects We require: - minimum apprenticeship in a technical field - electrical - experience in a similar position for 5 years - Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll. § 6 (formerly Regulation 50 § 6), knowledge and expertise corresponding to the offered position - technical thinking - basic computer literacy - Category B driver's license, active driving required - experience in food processing machinery maintenance is an advantage - willingness to learn new things - active approach to assigned tasks - independence, responsibility, meticulousness, dexterity - communication skills - ability to work in a team - clean criminal record We offer: - long-term employment on a full-time contract (fixed and performance-based component) - two-shift operation, morning shift from 05:00 - working only every 3rd weekend (always 2 weekends off) - 5th week of vacation after probationary period - weekend work allowance of 35% for Saturday and Sunday - afternoon allowance of 8 CZK/hour within the scope of Labor Code - standby allowance of 25% - pension contribution after 6 months of employment - meal allowance - leisure activities allowance - company events RECRUITMENT BONUS UP TO 50,000 CZK.
