No. 90009113532) Talsu City Administration is hiring Building and Grounds Manager (Position code per occupational classification – 5153 02) Key responsibilities: Organize and ensure proper use of buildings, premises, equipment and other fixed assets owned by the municipality; monitor their technical condition and, when necessary, arrange required maintenance or repairs; Perform minor repairs to premises, including cosmetic renovations, plumbing repairs, equipment repairs, repairs and relocation, etc.; Perform tasks related to cityscape improvement in Talsu City; Regularly inspect facilities, premises and infrastructure to identify possible defects or wear; Perform, plan and manage maintenance work (lawn mowing, territory upkeep, etc.); Ensure management and maintenance of Talsu City sports facilities under the supervision of Talsu City Administration, performing their management and maintenance operations. Requirements: Secondary or secondary specialized technical education; Good interpersonal skills, high sense of responsibility, honesty, precision and loyalty; Ability to work in a team and independently plan and organize work; Category B driver's license.
