Art Museum RIGA STOCK EXCHANGE (MMRB) is the largest repository of foreign art in Latvia, located in one of the city's most magnificent buildings. MMRB is a venue for cultural exchange, aiming to be a meeting point between East and West, while offering a dialogue between classical and contemporary art in its exhibitions and displays. The museum's collections contain more than 22,000 artworks from European, Russian, Asian, and Middle Eastern countries, which are part of the collection of the National Museum of Art of Latvia (LNMM). The finest examples from these diverse art collections are displayed in the museum's permanent exhibitions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor exhibitions, control tickets, and coordinate museum visitors.
Answer visitor questions about museum opening hours, current exhibitions, displays, cashier, cloakroom, sanitary facilities and other locations.
Perform duties in the cloakroom when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
Good communication skills, friendly and helpful attitude.
Precision, reliability, and high sense of responsibility.
Good physical condition.
Interest in art and culture.
Excellent knowledge of Latvian, and conversational level English or other foreign language skills for communication with foreign visitors is desirable.

Salary 780 EUR gross.
