Economic management and procurement of goods for the company. Processing and verification of received invoices, reconciliation of payments with bank statements, documentation for external accounting firm, accounts receivable tracking and payment monitoring. Cost, margin, and revenue reports for individual e-shops. Procurement responsibilities: supplier inquiries and purchase orders, price comparison, inventory and delivery schedule management, supplier communication. A requirement is that you are not afraid of new technologies. Much of our operations are handled by automated tools, and we are looking for someone who will use them and help improve them. We require experience in economics, accounting, or procurement, strong spreadsheet skills, and attention to detail. Part-time position is also possible.
