We are now seeking a financial administrator for an assignment with immediate start where you will become an important part of an experienced finance team that supports multiple housing cooperatives in their financial work. The role involves close collaboration with the cooperatives' boards where you serve as an important financial support and advisor. Your main responsibilities include: Ongoing financial management and accounting Preparing annual reports Budget work Handling of VAT and tax matters Analysis and monitoring of the cooperatives' finances Support to boards on financial matters Presentation of financial documentation at board meetings and customer meetings Work in accounting systems and customer portals Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone with experience in qualified accounting and who thrives in a consultative role with many contact points. You are confident in the fundamentals of accounting and have a professional and trustworthy manner. To succeed in the role, we see that you have: At least three years of experience in accounting, preferably from an accounting firm or similar business Good knowledge of accounting, financial statements, annual reports, VAT and taxes Experience of independently managing multiple customers or companies in parallel Good system proficiency Fluent Swedish in speech and writing and good knowledge of English It is an advantage if you have experience with K2 and K3 regulations. As a person you are service-minded, communicative, and pedagogical. You have an easy way of building trust, enjoy customer contact, and are driven by helping customers understand their finances.
