Your Profile Do you have a background in finance, controlling, or accounting? We are looking for someone who is confident and established within your area of expertise, with a clear consultative approach and several years of experience working in a consulting role. You are accustomed to quickly familiarizing yourself with new organizations, understanding business needs in depth, and delivering value from day one. You work independently, take great responsibility for both your deliverables and relationships, and have a strong commercial understanding. You are experienced at navigating complex environments and feel comfortable in dialogue with different stakeholders, regardless of their level in the organization. As a person, you are driven, organized, and solution-oriented, with a strong commitment to your work. You are confident in your communication and have a natural ability to build trust and develop long-term relationships. Furthermore, you thrive in a changing work environment and see the variety in the consulting role as an opportunity to develop and contribute in different contexts. We also see that you have a proactive approach, where you not only deliver according to the assignment but also identify development opportunities and contribute insights that create added value for the customer.
