Accountant with Payroll Administration Experience – Consulting Assignment Our client in Stockholm is looking for an independent Accountant who wants to work broadly with accounting and payroll administration. You will have a central role in the accounting function with responsibility for both ongoing bookkeeping and the company's payroll management. About the roleIn this role, you will work with ongoing accounting administration and also contribute to forecasting and year-end closing work. You are responsible for payroll administration for just under 100 employees and ensure that salaries, taxes, and reporting are handled correctly and on time. Examples of tasks: Ongoing bookkeeping Accounts receivable, including registration of payments and reminder management Accounts payable, including registration, posting, follow-up, and payments Payroll administration for just under 100 employees Recording and payment of taxes and employer contributions VAT reporting Periodic consolidation Account reconciliations and ongoing follow-up Forecasts and financial reporting Year-end closing work, such as depreciation, accruals, provisions, and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts We are looking for you whoHave at least 3 years of experience with ongoing bookkeeping and accounting administration Have practical experience with payroll administration and can manage the entire payroll chain Have good knowledge of Fortnox Are experienced with account reconciliations, taxes, and VAT reporting Have experience with year-end closing work Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing As a person, you are thorough, organized, and responsible. You enjoy working independently while also appreciating collaboration and contact with colleagues. This role is suitable for you if you enjoy a varied work day and feel comfortable managing multiple parallel tasks and deadlines.
