In your role as Finance Manager at FVBU, you'll hold a central position where you're responsible for the organization's financial management and development. You'll work closely with business leadership, the board, and school principals, contributing to creating long-term sustainable conditions for the organization's operations.
Your main responsibilities:
Manage budget, financial statements, annual reports, forecasts, and financial follow-up.
Provide strategic and operational support to leadership, the board, and principals.
Lead and develop the finance function and have personnel responsibility for two employees.
Contribute to the development of HR support, digitalization, and internal processes.
We believe you have:
Relevant academic education in finance or accounting.
Experience with budgeting, financial statements (K3), forecasting, and financial management.
Experience with personnel responsibility or management.
Ability to work both strategically and operationally.
It's a merit if you have knowledge of HR processes and employment law.

Our office is currently located in Norrköping, but for the right person there is flexibility regarding the office location going forward.
