In your role as Finance Manager at FVBU, you will hold a central position where you are responsible for the organization's financial management and development. You will work closely with operations management, the board, and principals, contributing to creating sustainable long-term conditions for the organization's activities.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage budget, financial statements, annual reports, forecasts, and financial monitoring.
- Provide strategic and operational support to management, the board, and principals.
- Lead and develop the finance function and have personnel responsibility for two employees.
- Contribute to the development of HR support, digitalization, and internal processes.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Relevant academic education in finance or accounting.
- Experience with budget work, financial statements (K3), forecasts, and financial management.
- Experience with personnel responsibility or management.
- Ability to work both strategically and operationally.
- It is a merit if you have knowledge of HR processes and employment law.

FVBU's preschools are located in several places in Sweden, including Östersund, Kristinehamn, Södertälje, Finspång, Linköping, Kinda, Tranås, Nässjö, Forserum, Eksjö, Mariannelund, and Bodafors. Our office is currently located in Norrköping, but for the right person there is flexibility regarding the office location going forward.
