Your Responsibilities
As a Finance Assistant, you will become an important part of our finance team and be responsible for the company's ongoing accounting and administrative work. The role is broad and offers a varied workday where you work closely with both colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
Your responsibilities include customer invoicing and follow-up, accounts payable, registration and verification of financial documents, handling of payment files and payments, reconciliations, and ongoing bookkeeping.
You will also work with order management and administration related to sales, where you have many contact points both internally and externally. In addition, you will be part of the company's switchboard, mail handling, and other administrative support to the business.
In the long term, there are good opportunities to develop the role further through participation in work related to audits, financial statements, and development of the company's digital and administrative procedures.
Your Profile
We're looking for someone with upper secondary education in finance or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience. You have a good understanding of financial flows and enjoy a role where you can combine finance, administration, and service.
You work in a structured manner, are communicative, and have a natural ability to create and develop good relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners.
You appreciate a varied workday and have the ability to prioritize even during periods of high pace. We also value that you are proactive and see opportunities for improvement.
It is a merit if you have experience with the accounting system Monitor and have worked in SharePoint or similar digital platforms.
The position requires that you master Swedish well in both speech and writing and hold a valid driver's license (Category B), as some on-site presence at the company's weigh terminal in Sörforsa is part of the work.
