Proteinbolaget is growing and we are looking for an economics assistant at our headquarters in Stockholm. You will become part of a small finance team in a growing group, with the opportunity to gradually expand your skills toward group accounting. About the role You will work continuously with bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable, and reconciliations for Proteinbolaget, and will gradually gain insight into work with sister and parent companies. You report to the finance manager, who has overall responsibility for group accounting. The role includes: Continuous bookkeeping and reconciliations Customer and supplier accounts, invoicing, payments in and out Support with VAT and tax reporting Participation in monthly and annual financial statements Gradual introduction to group accounting and consolidation Statistics reporting (Intrastat, SCB) Administrative support and ad hoc tasks Who are we looking for? You have post-secondary education in economics or accounting, approximately 2–3 years of experience with continuous accounting, and are comfortable with Excel. You are thorough, organized, and enjoy managing multiple tasks at once. Fluent Swedish and English are required.
