Do you have post-secondary education in accounting and work experience in accounts payable management? Are you looking for a new assignment with immediate start? Then we have the right position for you! We are currently looking for a Finance Assistant with immediate start for our client in Borås! Our client is a research and innovation company that works closely with the business sector, public sector and academia to develop new technologies, products and sustainable solutions. The operations span multiple industries and combine research with practical application. In the role as Finance Assistant, you will be part of the operational finance function and will include management of vendor invoices, payment reminders as well as incoming and outgoing mail. The role includes handling incoming payment reminders from suppliers and supporting in the registration process for vendor invoices. Furthermore, you will be responsible for daily mail handling on weekdays. If needed, other administrative tasks within the finance group's area of responsibility may also occur. This is a consulting assignment which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant for our client with placement in Borås. The position is full-time and working hours are 08:00-16:30. The position is planned to start immediately and will run until the end of the year, with possibility of extension. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who has: Post-secondary education in accounting More than 1 year of experience working in accounts payable management Meritorious is experience from IFS We are looking for someone who is a careful and service-minded person who wants to help ensure efficient and well-functioning accounting administrative processes. You are structured, have a good eye for detail and are responsible. As a person you are unpretentious, service-minded and communicative, while you are good at collaborating and meeting deadlines.
