About the company AB Bollnäs Bostäder is a municipal non-profit housing company that owns and manages approximately 4,000 apartments and 30,000 sqm of commercial spaces in southern Hälsingland, serving around 8,000 tenants. Then this position might be perfect for you! We are seeking an accounting assistant who wants to become part of our finance department. Your responsibilities As an accounting assistant with us, you will have a central role and be responsible for our accounts payable and handle ongoing administration. You will be part of the finance department and work closely with other departments. Your duties will include: • Register and code supplier invoices • Verify that invoices match agreements • Send invoices for approval and sign-off • Process payments to suppliers • Follow up on overdue invoices and reminders • Contact suppliers regarding questions or discrepancies The position also includes supporting our customer center in various interactions with our tenants and contractors, as well as, for example, purchasing office supplies. Your profile We are looking for someone with a high school accounting qualification who is at the beginning of your career, or someone with experience in ongoing bookkeeping and who is seeking a new challenge. You have a genuine interest in working with numbers, and depending on your qualifications, there is also an opportunity to assist with financial closings. To succeed in this role, we see that you enjoy collaborating with others while feeling confident working independently. You are good at building positive relationships and are service-oriented. You organize your work well and are meticulous to ensure you don't miss important details. You have very good knowledge of Swedish and handle the Office suite well, particularly Excel.
